Overall job objectives整體工作目標

Collate, analyze and compute costing of fixtures items for the preparation of quotations to overseas and local customers.

為國內外客戶在經過整理、分析計算各設備項目後進行編製報價。

Core responsibilities核心職責

Preparation of quotations, variation claims, bill of materials, project budget, securing new jobs through tender, post contract administration, managing customer enquiries and etc;

Lead, guide and motivate costing teams in HQ and subsidiaries on all inquiries and issues related to costing;

Handle the tendering process such as sourcing for quotations by familiarizing on materials used, operations methods and prices of materials in the markets;

Liaise with project teams and customers in order to understand the drawings received for itemization of fixture’s components;

Perform technical analysis and evaluation for material packages required by projects; This include collate and analyze price comparison and prepare the costing summary and compute factory direct produced fixtures (carpentry works) , factory direct purchased hardware and raw materials; Thereafter, submit for top management approval before submitting for tender;

Analyze the risk of the tender and provide comments for management decisions;

Develop pricing policy including building pricing models; Compile and tabulate Project’s Selling Price List in ERP system;

Prepare and tabulate overall project budget for project and procurement team for better cost control

Prepare Bill of Material Lists and brief Procurement Team to source for suppliers’ quotations of non-carpentry items;

1.報價單製作，變更索賠，物料清單，工程預算，透過招標確保新的就業機會，崗位合同管理，管理客戶查詢等

2.領導和激勵總公司與分公司之成本管理團隊

3.辦理招標如對熟悉使用的材料，操作方式和材料之市場價格為採購報價;

4.與項目團隊及客戶保持密切聯絡，以了解設備部件明細以及樣圖;

5.執行由項目所需的材料包裝之技術分析和評估;這包括整理和分析價格比較並準備成本匯總和計算廠家直銷生產裝置（木製品），廠家直銷購買的硬件和原料;此後，遞交投標前須提交管理高層以得到批准

6.分析每次招標的風險，並為管理決策意見;

7.制定定價政策，包括建築物的定價模式;編譯和製表項目的銷售價格在ERP系統中;

8.須和採購團隊，為整個項目準備和製表項目以得到較佳預算成本控制

9.準備材料清單和簡要採購團隊到非木製品供應商的項目報價案;

Job specifications 工作規範

Degree / Diploma in QS/Building Engineering or related field;

At least 8 to 10 years of relevant working experience from store fixtures industry;

An analytical mind and meticulous nature;

Able to lead a team and possess good inter-personnel skills;

Ability to multi-task and work independently and under pressure.

建築工程或相關專業學系

至少8到10年的相關工作經驗

善分析和細心;能夠帶領一個團隊，並具備良好的人員之間的技能;

能獨立進行多工任務並在壓力下工作。

Timely and accurate analysis and computation of costing for customers’ quotation and variations works;

Good communication with internal and external party;

Timely preparation of Bill of Material Lists;

Timely compilation and tabulation of Project’s Selling price List;

Timely and accurate project budget to be tabled to factory and management;
